Tick Tock, Tick Tock

It's not very often that you hear the seconds tick by, but there are certain times that happens. For me, that is today.

Steph called this morning. Bryce took her to the hospital with him this morning because she was having labor pains. She didn't know if they would keep her or send her home. The hospital admitted her about 10:30 am.

I can't seem to keep my mind on anything now. I just hear the clock in my family room ticking off the seconds, one by one.

I keep checking my phone to be sure it is working.

Funny, how easy it is to be the one in labor--you don't think that at the time--instead of the one waiting for the news. We have had enough "growing" experiences in our life to know that not everything turns out perfect. So, I wait for the phone call to tell me that Stephanie and Andie are doing great.
